How We Work
Most IT providers route you through a queue. We don't. Every client works directly with the same senior engineer who designed their network, knows their systems, and answers the phone.

Rewiring, configuration, migrations, or new infrastructure — installed cleanly and recorded so the next person (even future-you) understands it.
Move to a monthly retainer for ongoing monitoring, a discounted hourly rate, and priority scheduling whenever something new comes up.
Pricing
Most clients land on a retainer once they know what they need — but every relationship can start with a single project, billed by the hour. Final pricing is always confirmed after an initial scoping call.
A flat monthly fee covers a block of support hours and ongoing monitoring. Anything beyond that block is billed at a reduced rate — below our standard hourly pricing.

Rate depends on the scope, urgency, and complexity of the work — a quick troubleshooting visit sits at the lower end, while specialized security, compliance, or AI/automation engagements sit at the higher end. Every project gets a written estimate before we start.
Who's Behind Blueline
Blueline IT Partners is led by an engineering leader with 8+ years building and operating production systems for companies in financial services, healthcare technology, and logistics. Before founding Blueline, that meant leading platform and security teams responsible for HIPAA- and SOC 2-compliant systems, billing infrastructure running at 99.9% uptime, and incident response programs that cut resolution times by a third.
More recently, that's meant working hands-on as a forward-deployed AI engineer — designing RAG pipelines and agentic workflows for enterprise clients, and replacing brittle manual processes with systems that actually hold up in production. That's the lens Blueline brings to automation: not a chatbot bolted on, but infrastructure built with the same rigor as the network underneath it.
It also means starting from the ground up — early in that career came hands-on network security work, including a firewall remediation project spanning 160+ Cisco devices for a major airline, and security assessments for critical infrastructure clients.
